You will be unable to access further information without first logging in with the password you received when you signed up to this service. If you do not have this password contact your seller through the relevant channel, who can then track further.
If you are still having problems with your order please contact us directly quoting the email address provided on the invoice from your seller. Be sure to include any order or reference numbers related to the order in question.
Once we have received your request we will be able to help with any issues you may be having. All of our QR codes are tracked by the date and time of scanning.
