We have different groups of colours and patterns and not all groups are available for each product. As the available options boxes are required, this would mean selecting a colour or pattern for each box resulting in a confusing order. The "Not Selected" option is just there to allow you to select the colour or pattern you want before adding to the cart. This can be repeated and added to the cart until you have all your chosen colours or patterns that you want.

Some of our decorations are quite delicate, especially when cut using our electric dies. So instead of removing the cut out pieces left by the die cutting process, we leave them in place giving the decoration more stability whilst in transit. These pieces can easily be removed when the decoration is ready to be used. Lay the decoration down on a flat surface such as a chopping board then carefully draw round the cut out pieces with a needle or pin and the piece will fall out. Alternatively, a gentle shake can sometimes loosen them.

We use both shimmer and glitter. The edible glitter is used on our glitterflakes and gives a sparkly glitter appearance while the shimmer is a thin shiny coating that we apply to the wafer making a subtle shiny effect. Both are fullty edible and you can see the ingredients in our FAQ.

Yes, this is to stop one of each options being added to the checkout. Just select either a colour or a pattern and the option that you do not want simply select the "Not Selected" choice, this will allow you to continue.

Our reward points are part of our loyalty scheme, for most products purchased from our website you receive reward points. These reward points can then be used against future purchases to get a discount. The more you shop the more you save. However to receive reward points you have to register for an account so that they can be applied then used once your current order has been marked as complete.
